Strong feelings are a sign that we need to pay attention, but to do this we need
clarity in order to find our way. A confusion of thoughts and feelings can be disabling,
especially when they are repetitive. By coming to counselling you will be giving
yourself the space, time and respect to listen to yourself and be listened to in
a supportive environment.
I am a Counsellor based in Exmouth within easy reach of Exeter, Honiton and the surrounding
area. The Baobab Tree is a symbol of hope in Madagascar; and I believe counselling
can offer that. My experience is that it can help with anxiety; depression; panic
attacks; relationship difficulties; anger and rage issues; low confidence and self
esteem; recurring issues and behavioural patterns; addiction; unhappiness; loss and
bereavement; redundancy; feelings of isolation and hopelessness, stress.
Sometimes there are patterns of behaviour you may be repeating that aren’t very helpful,
or perhaps past experiences have impacted on your life clouding your ability to lead
a more fulfilling life. Maybe now is the time to invest in you.
